When Gail started making her handmade chocolate as a hobby, little did she think it would grow to become a family business. She has since trained as a Master Chocolatier with one of the best in the world. Her son Grant trained as a Chef before joining the business. They are responsible for creating new and exciting products with an emphasis on both the quality of the chocolate and the flavours and ingredients they use. With 17 years experience in sales, Husband Stuart takes care of their new and existing customers.
